You can access the service in the following ways: Join a group for a course where you’ll get help and advice from a stop-smoking advisor and lots of friendly support from other quitters in the group.  Statistics show that groups have the highest success rate for people who quit smoking. Receive support on a one-to-one basis from a stop-smoking advisor. If you can't attend regular sessions, sign up for telephone support from one of our advisors. Via local community pharmacies which offer stop-smoking advice.  Via participating Doctor’s Surgeries.
